Prices
Prices shown online and in all catalogues and literature are inclusive of VAT.

We endeavour to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publishing an item on the website and whilst every effort will be made to verify these prices, we reserve the right to change them without notice.

If and when an item (or items) are purchased at an incorrectly advertised price, the following will apply:

• The customer will be contacted to be advised that the stock advertised at the incorrect price is not available at that price.
• The customer will be offered a choice of either paying over the difference between the advertised price and the true price, or to be given a full refund for the item purchased.
• The item (if part of a larger order) will not be dispatched until one or the other of the above options has been concluded - ie: either paying in the difference, or obtaining a refund to the value of that item's incorrectly advertised price.

Descriptions
Whilst we take every care to ensure illustrations and descriptions within the catalogue are accurate, we reserve the right to change specifications or improve our products. In the event of any substituted product not being acceptable, we will gladly issue a full credit.

Orders
All goods are offered subject to availability. We endeavour to dispatch all orders complete, however any items which are not in stock at the time of ordering will be placed on 'back-order' and despatched when they become available. If an item is out of stock, and we are unsure of when new stock will arrive, we will refund you the price you paid for that item. Bear in mind that new stock may be at a higher price as our suppliers increase their prices from time to time. Delivery All orders will normally be despatched within 2-4 working days of receipt subject to availability. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Whilst we endeavour to complete all our customers' orders satisfactorily, occasionally errors do occur. Therefore please ensure that all parcels are unpacked and checked carefully upon receipt and that our Customer Services Department is notified of any errors. We will then inform you of the appropriate action to be taken. Please do not attempt to return any goods without prior authorization.

Payment
Our Payment Agent is PayPal, where customers may pay either by Credit/Debit Card, or with their PayPal Account.

Title of goods
Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment.

Warranty
All items supplied by Therapeutix are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Any item found to be defective through faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired, replaced or credited (at our discretion).

Variation
Unless specifically agreed to the contrary this contract shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. The language for contractual terms and communication will be English

Data protection
We may transfer information about you to our bankers/financiers for the purposes of providing services and for the following purposes: obtaining credit insurance; making credit reference agency searches; credit control; assessment and analysis (including credit scoring, market, product and statistical analysis); securitisation; protecting our interests. We will provide you with details of our bankers/financiers and that of any credit reference agencies used on request.
